How to gain weight in the right places / Foods for weight gain.
We Humans always have something to say about everything. We feel we have the right to talk and analysis almost everything. When we seem to have add a little weight, they call us 'fat'; when we lose weight or try to change because they call us fat, they begin to call us 'skinny or thin'.
Today in this article, I will be talking about how you reading this can gain weight in the right places with just a few food that are in your kitchen.
Gaining weight is all about eating non stop, eating without caution buh still with caution. You know sometimes, when we feel sad or angry or depressed about something, we tend to ignore our stomach ; forgetting to eat. Pls a warm reminder to never do that again. Angry, sad, happy, many others I didn't add, my loves pls eat that is the Number 1 step before I will start listing foods.
FOODS TO EAT FOR WEIGHT FAST WEIGHT GAIN
*HOME MADE PROTEIN SMOOTHIES: Proteins are the major nutrients needed for a proper and fast weight gain journey. And smoothies my friend has a very high amount of protein. Smoothies are combination of different fruits(very helpful) blended together to pulp. It is made of fruits like banana, strawberry, and so many more.
*NUTS AND NUTS BUTTER: When it come to health fat, there is nothing better than nuts. Nuts are very high and nutritions in healthy fats and also high in calories mking it best for your weight gain journey. It can also be added to your smoothies(extra tip). If you don't like taking them in seed form, you can blend or buy peanut butter instead .
*Red meat and oily fish: Meat and fish are foods that are high in protein and fat. An these proteins are known for building body muscle mass and thereby promote weight gain. Eat enought meat, chicken ,fish or turkey they are all high in protein. Just buy one according to your budget.
*Rice and starchy foods: Examples of starchy food are foods like potatoes, corn, rice, oat etc. Starchy foods digest very easily and quickly thereby making you get hungry quick, so for you that wants to gain weight, here is your opportunity to start eating more frequently. Rice is a friend to all which can also help you to add that extra kilo you are looking for.
*EXERCISE AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER: Keeping fit should also be at the back of your mind. I'm sure you don't want to get so fat and then lose everything you have worked so hard for by being just too fat. Drink enough water and excercise your body regularly to keep fit. Don't forget too much of everything is not good.
*FRUITS AND LOTS OF MILK:Take enough fruit for healthy living. Fruits contains vitamins that help build the body and repairs worn out body tissues. While eating to gain weight, don't forget to add your fruits.
Milk is very high in protein. You can start taking milk with water as tea every morning. Notice your body change.
*PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS: protein supplements works very well as well as the others.
